Or, if the home is vacant we provide a discount on recommended staging services. Staging is not always needed, but it can be quite important. We will advertise your property on Zillow, Trulia, Instagram, Facebook, Redfin, and NWG/Compass. We will arrange local newspaper advertising in one or more of the local newspapers. The first weekend your home is listed, I’ll hold an open house and we will hold them on a weekly basis.

We will arrange for the local NWG/Compass Realtors, to preview your home before it goes on the market. This helps us fine-tune the listing price as each agent will also give us their price-opinion.

We will personally hold your home open on the Thursday Broker’s Open for local agents to preview the first week it is on the market.
